Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic clients to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges in customer-facing and operational workflows driven by AI agents.

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish, including identifying use cases, commercial structuring, and closing the deals.

• Immerse yourself with strategic clients, spending significant time onsite to take ownership of delivery outcomes.

• Identify impactful use cases and work alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them effectively.

• Advise clients on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, covering aspects such as agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.

• Define applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across global sectors.

• Present results and future proposals to technical teams as well as C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to integrate field insights into ElevenLabs' platform and models.

• Develop and showcase demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology.

• Work with clients' engineering and executive teams to launch agents in production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical role working with clients.

• Preference for candidates with direct enterprise customer experience.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instincts with ease in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.

• Familiarity with API integration.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.

• Flexibility to adapt across various customer environments, industries, and technical applications.

• Technical proficiency and familiarity with common LLM, tools, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Proficiency in English and Korean languages.

• In-depth understanding of regional and cultural nuances in South Korea.
