📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the customer relationship throughout the deployment process: managing timelines, setting expectations, and handling data, analyses, and reporting.

• Collect and validate customer data, proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely and properly formatted submissions.

• Review automated data-quality checks and identify anomalies before they escalate into significant issues.

• Conduct and report on data-adequacy analyses to verify that a customer's data is prepared for deployment.

• Oversee the entire deployment pipeline (including workflows, initial training, and go-live phases).

• Create and maintain dashboards that monitor deployment health and the results of A/B testing.

• Assist the commercial team with data and analyses during customer negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field).

• 1-3 years of practical experience working with real datasets (e.g., roles such as data analyst, BI analyst, data engineer, junior data scientist, or similar data-intensive positions).

• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in managing real-world datasets.

• Proficiency in creating and interpreting dashboards.

• Ability to learn quickly and develop sound technical judgment.

• Strong client-facing communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Good judgment regarding when to escalate issues versus resolving them independently.

• Must be eligible to work in Europe.
