Deployment & Installation Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead and support the full deployment and installation process for the Service business, encompassing product deployments, installations, upgrades, and strategic rollout initiatives.

• Establish, manage, and continually enhance the deployment operating model, which includes best practices, labor models, technical standards, and deployment procedures.

• Assess incoming deployment tasks and identify appropriate delivery channels.

• Carry out or organize site surveys and technical evaluations.

• Create Scope of Works documentation that details installation methodology, labor needs, sequencing, customer obligations, equipment requirements, and access arrangements.

• Evaluate deployment tasks against the contracted scope, identify additional work, prepare customer variation quotes, and secure commercial approvals.

• Provide technical governance and assistance to the Resource Planner.

• Appoint and support Lead Technicians, ensuring alignment with project scope, customer expectations, and delivery goals.

• Encourage resource sharing among operational teams to enhance technician utilization and minimize labor costs.

• Conduct post-installation quality audits and implement enhancements.

• Foster relationships with Sales, Product Management, Field Operations, Service Systems, Service Support, and customers.

• Advocate for technology, automation, and AI integration in deployment planning, scheduling, communication, reporting, and operational performance.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational governance are in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.

• Monitor deployment performance through operational reporting and metrics, and recommend improvements for efficiency and commercial results.
