Deployment Consultant, Infusion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Guide customer stakeholders through the implementation of BD Medication Management Solutions.

• Collect customer requirements, define best practices, make design choices, and offer guidance on policies and procedures.

• Execute necessary tasks in line with the toll gate implementation process to guarantee timely Go-Lives and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams.

• Conduct assessments of customer sites and workflows.

• Oversee project design and implementation phases.

• Provide support to teams along with product, clinical, and technical information.

• Manage customer stakeholder teams, achieve consensus, and deliver clear, consistent communication.

• Facilitate conference calls and meetings with BD and customer project managers and teams.

• Build customer relationships that promote long-term business connections.

• Troubleshoot and provide consultation on pharmacy and nursing best practices within Medication Management workflows.

• Assist customers in enhancing clinical practices and operational efficiency.

• Install, validate, and train end users on BD Medication Management Solutions software and hardware.

• Maintain documentation related to customer projects, expenses, compliance, and reports.

• Travel up to 80% across Canada and participate in necessary training in the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in Business, Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a medical device or healthcare setting.

• Clinical and technical experience, particularly with infusion pump technologies.

• Must possess a Registered Nurse designation.

• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with consultative and learning abilities.

• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and managing complex projects.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with adaptability to change.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Physical capability to lift at least 40 lbs as required.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.

• Must comply with BD's auto safety standards.

• Required to attend training on assigned BD instruments.

• Must be able to travel to the US for training within the first 6 months of employment and periodically thereafter.

• Fluency in French is preferred (reading, writing, speaking).

• Knowledge of Dispensing, Infusion, Pharmacy Automation technologies, and IV workflow solutions.

• Experience engaging with clients in hospital, retail, and long-term care pharmacies.

• Proven ability to effectively train users on product use and best practices.

• Familiarity with the Canadian Food and Drug Act and Regulations, GMP Regulations and Guidance, Medical Devices Regulations, NAPRA Standards, and ISO13485:2016.
