This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Engaging in negotiations and finalizing substantial sales opportunities by delivering presentations to both individuals and groups, utilizing persuasive verbal and written communication skills.

• Consistently surpassing sales targets while ensuring top-notch CRM accuracy and disciplined management of the territory.

• Addressing complex challenges with a positive approach in a fiercely competitive landscape.

• Utilizing point-of-sale and market share analytics to identify high-impact opportunities and enhance territory strategies.

• Exhibiting a strong comfort level with cold calling and proactive outreach to discover opportunities and broaden territory engagement.

• Collaborating and exchanging knowledge with various stakeholders across different segments of the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in a private, public, government, or military setting OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with at least 5 years of relevant experience AND a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Five (5) years of sales experience in the oral care industry within a private, public, government, or military context.

• Preferred experience with Data Analytics.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

• Demonstrated leadership within the category.

• Exposure to appealing end-markets.

• An innovative mindset aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

• Ability to foster collaborative customer relationships.

• Extensive global regulatory knowledge.

• Commitment to operational excellence and strong cash flow management.

• Proven track record of strong sales growth and profitability with significant recurring sales.
