Dental Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop clinician pipelines, achieve measurable outcomes, and receive direct compensation based on your performance.

• Identify, assess, and present top candidates to fulfill client requirements.

• Employ ATS, sourcing tools, boolean searches, Google X-ray, referrals, your LinkedIn network, and various innovative strategies.

• Focus on recruiting dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical specialists.

• Establish pipelines, foster relationships, and ensure transparent communication.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify talent needs and provide consultation.

• Monitor weekly metrics and contribute to a performance-driven culture focused on goals.

• Deliver weekly updates and insights based on sourcing and placement metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is necessary.

• At least 3 years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience in dental or clinical healthcare settings (preferably in commission-based recruiting).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting dentists or clinical healthcare professionals (specialist recruiting experience is a plus).

• Demonstrated success in recruiting dentists, nurses, allied, and clinical healthcare professionals.

• Proven capability to source and communicate with over 100 candidates daily.

• Proficient in the use of Boolean and Google X-ray search techniques.

• History of meeting key performance indicators: 8-12 candidate screens per week, 4-7 submissions per week.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• Comfortable in virtual environments with cameras on.

• Exceptional communication skills with high energy and strong initiative.

• Ability to utilize social media platforms and professional networks to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.
