This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather patient insurance details

• Reach out to insurance providers to confirm coverage and ensure that necessary procedures are included

• Accurately input patient benefit data and verify the correctness of existing information

• Document notes regarding upcoming appointments

• Collaborate with offices and Call Center Representatives to communicate any changes in patients’ insurance

• Conduct monthly eligibility follow-ups until the surgery is completed

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in verifying Dental Medicaid is essential

• Familiarity with Texas Medicaid/MCO verification

• Knowledge of Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification

• Understanding of Utah Medicaid/MCO verification

• Must excel in multitasking

• Highly detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems

• Excellent customer service abilities, professionalism, and maturity

• Proficient in Microsoft applications with the ability to use spreadsheets

• Minimum of 2 years in dental experience

• Previous insurance experience is preferred
