Dental Lab Technician – Removables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work alongside doctors in real-time to assess and enhance case designs, ensuring the best aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients. You will offer expert advice on intricate cases and help build client trust in our digital tools.

• Provide Live Clinical Support: Interact directly with clinicians through phone, chat, and video to resolve issues, clarify workflows, and deliver efficient and compassionate customer service.

• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a bridge between doctors and Dandy lab teams, converting clinical feedback into production results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Dental Technician position.

• At least 2 years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, covering full and partial denture cases.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies and optimal design practices.

• Proficient in technology, with the capability to quickly learn and navigate dental design platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clinicians, provide empathetic support, and address complex issues with professionalism and care.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab environment is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convert clinical and technical feedback into practical insights.

• Comfortable engaging in live conversations with doctors—whether through chat, phone, or video calls. You should feel confident participating in real-time discussions, responding to inquiries, and quickly building trust.

• Strong independent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple complex discussions simultaneously.

• Eagerness to thrive in a rapidly expanding and dynamic fully-digital lab setting.

• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards for every case.

• Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with a solid understanding of local dental norms and terminology. English fluency is also essential for global collaboration.
