Dental Hygienist Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with managers to evaluate needs and create recruitment strategies.

• Initiate job requisitions and advertise job vacancies.

• Identify and attract licensed Hygienists utilizing various recruitment tools, methods, and social media platforms.

• Assess and qualify candidates, providing interview recommendations.

• Coordinate with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs.

• Participate in job fairs as necessary.

• Oversee the candidate selection and interview process.

• Handle negotiations, closures, and onboarding processes for candidates and new hires.

• Travel periodically for team meetings and academic/networking events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a strategic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in recruiting systems and Excel.

• Preferred candidate should reside in Central or Eastern Standard Time.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events.
