Dental Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate high-touch, in-person training sessions for doctors and staff transitioning to intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Guide teams through live observations, reinforce best practices, and adjust training methodologies in real time.

• Promote early case submissions by eliminating obstacles, emphasizing clinical urgency, and boosting confidence.

• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to encourage scanning habits and foster early adoption.

• Monitor outcomes during the initial 30 days and pinpoint targeted coaching opportunities.

• Provide field insights to enhance scalable resources, improve onboarding processes, and strengthen future training initiatives.

• Evaluate readiness across clinical workflows, team structures, and equipment availability.

• Work with internal teams to prepare resources, communications, and tools prior to training sessions.

• Tailor training strategies according to practice size, complexity, and clinical objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering clinical training within digital dentistry or dental technology.

• Strong knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Experience conducting training for groups of up to ten assistants or staff members simultaneously.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% of the time.

• Residing near a major airport.

• Must be located within a 60-minute drive of JFK, EWR, or LGA.

• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff.

• Able to work independently in the field and adapt plans on the fly.

• More than 3 years of experience managing training logistics, readiness evaluations, and multi-practice coordination.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Solutions-oriented mindset regarding onboarding, training, and adoption processes.

• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
