This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Manager to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all digital assets (emails, landing pages, and ads) are aligned and prepared for launch.
• Depending on your assigned segment, you will either formulate strategies that focus on task automation for resource-limited small practices (Key Segment) or tackle more intricate goals such as multi-site optimization, total cost of ownership (TCO), and staff retention (Strategic Segment).
• Facilitate the management of project timelines and ensure cross-functional teams, including Creative, Operations, and Content, are in perfect harmony regarding upcoming deliverables.
• Oversee the daily tracking of marketing campaign performance metrics throughout the entire demand generation funnel, which includes MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and Pipeline.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, pinpointing key trends and offering initial insights to optimize our marketing expenditure.
• Uphold excellent data hygiene within our CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Assist with overall budget tracking and vendor management responsibilities while organizing internal documentation, campaign calendars, and creative brief repositories.
• Schedule and prepare for weekly segment meetings, which encompasses collaborative agenda development and documenting actionable next steps.
• Participate in strategic meetings for both segments, serving as a key liaison between the Demand Gen and Sales Development teams to maintain seamless lead follow-up processes.
• Keep abreast of ModMed’s evolving product offerings to effectively convey how our technology addresses specific buyer pain points—whether providing "time-back" solutions for independent doctors or enhancing efficiency and fostering positive staff environments for multi-site groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in a marketing or similar capacity.
• Required familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; prior experience with Salesforce is regarded as a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• An innate curiosity for uncovering "the why" behind data and numbers, coupled with a desire to learn about data-driven decision-making.
