• Develop, launch, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and Meta for various B2B SaaS clients.
• Take ownership of campaign organization, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and budget management.
• Conduct structured A/B testing and convert findings into continuous optimizations.
• Coordinate and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital platforms, including email nurturing, review site programs (G2, Capterra, Trustpilot), and other emerging digital channels as relevant to each client.
• Manage the client-facing performance reporting process: create dashboards that are real-time, precise, and actionable.
• Document successful strategies across campaigns and clients to construct a scalable demand generation playbook by the sixth month.
• Identify gaps in each client’s channel mix and advocate for expansion based on supporting data.
• 3-6 years of experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS, with agency experience being a significant advantage.
• Proven success in managing positive ROI campaigns across various channels that have significantly influenced pipeline and revenue, with specific results to discuss.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of email nurturing strategies and execution.
• Familiarity with review site programs such as G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM, marketing hub, and reporting functionalities.
• Comfort with daily use of AI tools for ad creative development, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with minimal accent for effective client communication.
• Residing in Latin America with availability during U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET).
• Strong analytical skills: decisions are made based on data rather than intuition.
• Competitive total compensation of up to $80,000 USD per year.
