This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Take ownership of and enhance the entire demand generation funnel, from executing campaigns to creating a qualified pipeline.
• Accountable for developing, managing, and continuously refining revenue-generating initiatives across various channels, ensuring that each marketing action is linked to measurable business results.
• Strategize, implement, and refine paid campaigns across numerous digital advertising platforms.
• Spearhead creative testing efforts, including the formulation of ad creative briefs and performance-driven iterations.
• Manage the marketing-qualified lead (MQL) funnel and facilitate progression through nurturing and sales qualification phases.
• Oversee webinar promotions, setups, and executions as a fundamental demand generation channel.
• Formulate and oversee lead magnet strategies, ensuring that content assets effectively bolster pipeline growth and conversion targets.
• Administer HubSpot configuration and optimization, including lifecycle stage management and lead scoring frameworks.
• Develop and sustain robust attribution models through disciplined UTM governance and tracking protocols.
• Construct and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate campaign performance and apply optimizations to enhance conversion rates, efficiency, and pipeline contributions.
• 7–10 years of practical experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience in designing and overseeing full-funnel marketing programs, including lead generation, MQL nurturing, and SQL conversion strategies.
• Strong foundation in revenue marketing, marketing attribution, reporting, and funnel performance analysis.
• Ability to independently implement, optimize, and scale marketing programs without requiring extensive supervision.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automated nurturing workflows.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
• Experience with analytics, attribution, and dashboarding tools, backed by disciplined UTM tracking practices.
• Preferred Experience: Managing webinar platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and additional paid acquisition channels.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and advanced audience segmentation.
• Advanced analytical skills, including SQL or spreadsheet-based attribution and performance modeling.
• Revenue-focused mindset with a deep understanding of funnel performance and business impact.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
