This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• We are looking for a highly driven Demand Generation Specialist for North America to enhance pipeline growth through paid, digital, and account-based marketing strategies.
• This role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on demand and lead generation campaigns across various channels including paid media, LinkedIn, content syndication, and ABM initiatives.
• You will collaborate with regional and Group marketing teams, sales, agencies, and external partners to generate high-quality leads and contribute to revenue growth in the U.S. and Canada.
• Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing paid demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, display, PPC, and paid search.
• You will oversee the paid LinkedIn strategy and execution, which includes campaign setup, targeting, messaging, and creative coordination.
• Analyze performance metrics, lead quality, and cost per lead to enhance future initiatives.
• Support and implement ABM strategies in partnership with sales and marketing leadership.
• Monitor performance across all demand generation channels, tracking leads, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (such as Google Ads, PPC, and display) and paid LinkedIn campaigns is essential.
• Familiarity with ABM concepts, tools, and execution is expected.
• Strong analytical skills are required, along with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• B2B experience is preferred; experience within financial services, insurance, or risk-related industries is a plus.
• Candidates have the option to work in a hybrid model at one of our three offices located in Princeton, NJ; Hunt Valley, MD; or New York, NY, or to work fully remotely, with a preference for candidates located along the East Coast.
