Demand Generation Specialist

Posted Jul 28

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the nurture strategy within HubSpot, which includes creating workflows, segmenting audiences, crafting lifecycle-appropriate messages, and continuously optimizing performance.

• Implement email marketing initiatives from initial briefing through to deployment and subsequent performance analysis.

• Maintain the integrity of lead scoring and segmentation logic to ensure they remain relevant as the business progresses.

• Monitor and take ownership of MQL volume, lead quality, and funnel conversion, taking prompt actions in response to any fluctuations.

• Create comprehensive, repeatable demand generation systems that integrate both inbound and outbound efforts, allowing for scalable growth.

• Proactively identify performance insights and provide reports without needing to be prompted.

• Oversee funnel conversion and win rates, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and marketing to identify deviations and promptly recommend corrective measures.

• Collaborate with the content team and sales on webinar strategies, promotions, and follow-up sequences.

• Work closely with the BDR team and sales leadership on outbound initiatives, contributing to campaign structure, messaging, and follow-up strategies while the sales team manages the execution.

• Align messaging and timing across channels by coordinating with content creators, agency partners, and sales teams.

• Assist BDR, Sales, and Enablement teams by providing the necessary messaging and supporting materials needed to create a consistent pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a combined marketing/operations role within a B2B or SaaS environment — you have led programs rather than merely supporting them.

• Extensive proficiency in HubSpot and a solid understanding of Salesforce; you grasp the connections between these systems and their significance.

• A proactive mindset. You identify what needs to be accomplished and take action, followed by reporting on the outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills: you interpret performance data, develop informed perspectives, and make necessary adjustments.

• The capability to work independently while still being effective.

• Experience in coordinating efforts among sales, content, and external agency partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed.

🏝️ Benefits

• Provision of a cellphone or personal device for receiving MFA (multi-factor authentication) texts or calls.

• Access to a reliable internet connection that meets job requirements, with a minimum speed of 10Mbps down.
