This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate the performance of regional Demand Generation by overseeing weekly and monthly operational rhythms with regional marketing, Sales Operations, and BDR teams.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders across the Americas to enhance pipeline generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regional planning activities.
• Track and enhance the flow of account, contact, and lead data to improve data quality, enabling effective inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing strategies.
• Aid in the monitoring of BDR targets and performance reporting, ensuring visibility into essential metrics and trends.
• Recognize operational inefficiencies and work alongside global DG Ops teams to refine processes and boost campaign execution speed.
• Serve as a regional expert on Demand Generation tools and processes, providing support for adoption and troubleshooting across teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or related disciplines.
• Preference for candidates with SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Sales Engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Understanding of Demand Generation and sales funnel methodologies.
• Capability to operate collaboratively within a matrixed, global organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with professional working proficiency in English.
