This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more states.
• Take ownership of Shift’s demand-generation strategy and manage the paid-media budget for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Drive the generation of a qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Enhance full-funnel performance across advertisements, landing pages, forms, CRM, email, and sales processes.
• Lead efforts in landing-page optimization and conversion rate enhancement.
• Oversee and improve automation systems utilizing Zapier and CRM workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive marketing and attribution reports that track lead quality, sales progression, pipeline, and revenue.
• Optimize lead scoring, audience segmentation, retargeting, and nurturing processes.
• Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Marketer to create conversion-focused materials.
• Work together with Sales to ensure CRM hygiene, proper lead labeling, and effective downstream lead progression.
• Participate in quarterly marketing planning and contribute to campaign ideation.
• Utilize AI tools for research, segmentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and explore additional demand-generation channels and paid or partnership opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in funnel metrics, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce or Instapage.
• Ability to design and manage automation workflows using Zapier or comparable tools.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing; B2B experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital asset sectors is a plus.
• Comfort with basic design tasks using Figma or similar tools is advantageous.
• Experience in creating dashboards or working with data visualization tools is a bonus.
• Must maintain significant working-hour overlap with the New York team.
