
Demand Generation Manager – Tree Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the new-logo pipeline within the tree care sector.
• Establish the strategy and create quarterly campaign plans.
• Collaborate effectively with Brand & Events, Partnerships, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, and Market Engagement teams.
• Analyze pipeline data and campaign performance indicators.
• Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics and market insights.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and purchasing behaviors of tree care operators.
• A minimum of 5 years in demand generation or a related growth marketing role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience marketing a vertical-specific product or targeting SMB or mid-market customers, as this closely aligns with our tree care approach.
• Proven history of managing a pipeline number and achieving targets—not just executing campaigns but being accountable for the results.
• Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data—you can interpret funnel metrics, distinguish between lead-quality and held-rate issues, and know which actions to take.
• Comfortable managing email copy from start to finish—strategy, writing, sending, and measuring results.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating across multiple functions while maintaining momentum and ownership.
• Experience in the tree care or green-industry sector is a valuable bonus but not essential; we prioritize demand generation expertise and a willingness to delve deeply into the segment.
