This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Take charge of the paid acquisition strategy and its execution across Google (the primary channel), LinkedIn, and Meta.
β’ Oversee and fine-tune monthly budgets exceeding $100k (with potential for expansion).
β’ Initiate, test, and refine campaigns β from setup to performance enhancement.
β’ Evaluate funnel performance (CPL, CAC, MQL β SQL) and enhance conversion rates.
β’ Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to guarantee lead quality and revenue impact.
β’ Conduct experiments across new channels and discover scalable growth opportunities.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in paid acquisition or growth roles.
β’ Solid background in B2B SaaS (essential), preferably targeting the U.S. market.
β’ Practical experience with Google Ads (core channel, essential).
β’ Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads.
β’ Experience with Meta Ads.
β’ Proven success in managing and optimizing paid budgets ($50k+/month).
β’ Strong grasp of performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion.
β’ Individual contributor mindset β comfortable overseeing campaigns from start to finish (not merely managing a team).
β’ Flexible schedule.
