• Oversee and fine-tune monthly budgets exceeding $100k (with potential for expansion).
• Initiate, test, and refine campaigns – from setup to performance enhancement.
• Evaluate funnel performance (CPL, CAC, MQL → SQL) and enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to guarantee lead quality and revenue impact.
• Conduct experiments across new channels and discover scalable growth opportunities.
• 4–7 years of experience in paid acquisition or growth roles.
• Solid background in B2B SaaS (essential), preferably targeting the U.S. market.
• Practical experience with Google Ads (core channel, essential).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing paid budgets ($50k+/month).
• Strong grasp of performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion.
• Individual contributor mindset – comfortable overseeing campaigns from start to finish (not merely managing a team).
