This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create demand generation initiatives utilizing email, paid digital advertising, webinars, events, landing pages, and website content.
• Facilitate the execution of campaigns across various marketing channels.
• Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot.
• Oversee CRM data management, segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop automated nurture campaigns and enhance lead lifecycle management.
• Strategize, launch, and refine Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital campaigns.
• Control campaign budgets and boost performance through testing and optimization.
• Evaluate campaign performance and offer actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to assess marketing effectiveness and contribution to the pipeline.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, target audiences, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Sales and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business development goals.
• Convert product capabilities into customer-centric messaging.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies and campaign planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing within a B2B context.
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that yield qualified leads and foster pipeline growth.
• Practical experience managing HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and campaign automation.
• Experience in managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical abilities to utilize campaign metrics and performance data for ongoing improvement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to translate complex products or services into engaging customer-focused messaging.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
• Preferred: Background in marketing K–12 education products or services to school district leaders and educational decision-makers.
• Preferred: Advanced skills in HubSpot administration, PPC strategy, marketing funnel optimization, product launches, HubSpot certifications, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
