This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a signal-driven outbound strategy targeting enterprise accounts.
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns encompassing outbound efforts, events, webinars, and digital initiatives that generate enterprise pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Craft and enhance outbound messaging for enterprises aligned with Zapier's AI and automation applications, tailored to various buying committee personas.
• Create account-based strategies for high-value targets: engaging multiple stakeholders within buying committees, outreach tailored to specific personas, and accelerating deal processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to synchronize campaigns with active deal movements and equip the team with sequences, messaging frameworks, and guidance for activation.
• Conduct three or more experiments weekly focusing on messaging, channels, offers, and timing, while sharing insights that enhance team learning.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows that integrate tools such as agents, LLMs, and enrichment platforms into systematic processes that improve outbound campaign quality.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a significant emphasis on enterprise demand generation and outbound strategies, demonstrating a successful history of meeting pipeline goals.
• Experience in SaaS or automation/integration platforms, particularly in marketing to enterprise IT, Sales Operations, or RevOps personas.
• Proven capability to run integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels, with a strong understanding of impact measurement.
• Proficiency in interpreting signals—such as product usage, intent, and firmographics—as buyer context rather than mere filters, and translating them into timely, pertinent outreach.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting structured experiments—three or more per week—and treating setbacks as valuable data rather than failures.
• Skill in developing campaigns that are embraced by Sales: creating sequences, messaging frameworks, and playbooks that can be scaled beyond individual campaigns.
• Practical experience with modern outbound engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong Engage), ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense), and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
