Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid search campaigns utilizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Execute paid social initiatives on LinkedIn, Meta, and X (Twitter), prioritizing pipeline impact rather than superficial metrics.

• Oversee additional demand generation programs such as content syndication, newsletters, and podcasts to extend Stord’s outreach to key audiences.

• Spearhead the complete execution of webinars and virtual events, covering everything from topic generation and speaker coordination to marketing, platform setup, and follow-up after the event.

• Work closely with the Field Events team on events hosted by Stord and third-party trade shows.

• Take charge of performance reporting for all paid and digital initiatives.

• Convert data into actionable insights that guide channel strategy, messaging, and budget distribution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical demand generation experience in a B2B setting.

• Extensive hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and X Ads.

• Full ownership of webinars and virtual events, spanning from planning to post-event follow-up.

• Familiarity with content syndication programs (e.g., TechTarget, Demand Science, Bombora, or similar).

• Experience in supporting field events or trade shows in a coordination or project management role.

• Strong analytical abilities—you are proficient in dashboards and capable of translating data into actionable decisions.

• Proactive nature: you favor testing and iterating over waiting for perfect conditions.
