This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at boosting awareness, engagement, and pipeline development.
• Work in partnership with the Sales team to strategize, execute, and launch targeted marketing campaigns.
• Utilize tools such as Pardot and Salesforce for campaign management and performance tracking.
• Supervise the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, web, and paid media strategies.
• Track campaign performance and consistently optimize budget allocation, channel diversity, and overall effectiveness.
• Employ AI technologies to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.
• Manage the creation and dissemination of various content formats, including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, web content, emails, blogs, and sales presentations.
• Support Sales teams by developing case studies and other materials for client discussions.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment across both marketing and sales resources.
• Assess, establish, and oversee budgets for initiatives related to marketing and sales.
• Coordinate logistics and budgets for sales activities, which include travel, trade shows, site visits, and lead registration.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to synchronize goals, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Provide marketing advice and assistance to the Recruiting team as necessary.
• Act as a crucial stakeholder in fostering alignment across various departments.
• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing or demand/lead generation.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and achieving measurable marketing ROI.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Pardot and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in budget management and optimizing marketing expenditures.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Capability to balance high-level strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational capabilities and project management skills.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment (preferred).
• Experience in quota-carrying sales roles (preferred).
• Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and contemporary marketing technology stacks (preferred).
