This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Strategize, develop, and implement multi-channel campaigns (including email sequences, webinars, trade shows, and paid media) aimed at generating qualified leads.
• Write and create the content that fuels our demand generation efforts—such as landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar presentations, industry articles, and more.
• Enhance our outbound/inbound processes. Define ideal customer profile (ICP) audiences, craft messaging, and refine strategies based on performance outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and explore partnership opportunities within the sector.
• Work in conjunction with Sales and Product teams to develop content and sequences that expedite the conversion of pre-qualified leads.
• Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy through programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and enhancements to website conversion rates.
• Take ownership of campaign execution and channel performance, monitor pipeline contributions, and consistently improve strategies based on data analysis.
• You have managed demand generation from start to finish, rather than just individual components.
• You possess experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
• You can reference a specific campaign that you developed, detailing its outcomes and insights gained from any shortcomings.
• You are capable of writing the content independently.
• You utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency, while maintaining the quality of your work.
• You have automated genuine marketing tasks with AI technology.
• You have implemented AI agents or agentic workflows that contribute to authentic marketing and go-to-market efforts, utilizing LLMs and automation platforms as fundamental infrastructure, rather than experimental side projects.
• Your decisions are driven by data rather than emotional attachments.
• You are responsible for achieving results, not merely for engaging in activities.
• You can cite specific campaigns that positively influenced the pipeline, channels you've expanded, and experiments that didn’t yield expected results.
• You understand that results hinge on the finer details: the timing of follow-up sequences, the subject line of re-engagement emails, and more.
