This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the demand generation strategy throughout the entire funnel for new business, from creating awareness to generating marketing-qualified opportunities.
• Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns aimed at the appropriate school districts with the right messaging delivered at the optimal time.
• Create demand programs focused on acquiring new customers and collaborate to expand within our existing customer base, working closely with Product Marketing and Event Marketing.
• Manage the demand calendar, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with product launches, conferences, and seasonal purchasing patterns in K-12 education.
• Design account-based programs targeting high-value districts and re-engage prospects who have not yet converted.
• Transform webinars and conferences into a structured pipeline process that includes pre-event nurturing, live conversion, and organized follow-up.
• Develop and improve landing pages and campaign assets, taking ownership of both the strategic direction and the execution of conversion pathways.
• Serve as an essential partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, converting strategy into campaigns that effectively generate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on targets, territories, and the definition of a quality lead.
• Produce high-quality campaign materials, including one-pagers, email templates, and event collateral, grounded in our product positioning and designed to elicit a specific action.
• Manage our marketing automation platform and the systems that transition a prospect from initial contact to being sales-ready.
• Develop and enhance nurture sequences, as well as lead scoring and routing, to ensure that the right leads reach sales at the right time.
• Refine lead stages, qualification criteria, and the service level agreement between marketing and sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales to guarantee seamless handoffs, precise tracking, and a mutual understanding of what constitutes a qualified lead.
• Create reporting that addresses the key question each week: what did marketing generate, and from where did it originate?
• Oversee marketing's pipeline and attribution metrics, clearly reporting contributions to both marketing and sales leadership.
• Leverage data to prioritize investments and continuously enhance campaign performance.
• Maintain dashboards that provide visibility into demand performance across the organization.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, with a passion for making a positive impact in K-12 education.
• Proven experience in creating campaigns that yield measurable and repeatable pipeline, along with the ability to clearly communicate marketing's contributions to leadership.
• Proficient hands-on knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (we utilize HubSpot), including lead scoring and attribution capabilities.
• Experience in creating landing pages and marketing assets, with proficiency in tools like Webflow, Canva, or similar for producing polished materials with minimal design support.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive copy and bridging the gap between marketing and sales.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously in a fast-paced, hands-on role, while fostering collaboration across sales, product, and customer success teams.
