This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to transform our content, positioning, and perspective into impactful campaigns that generate enterprise pipeline.
• This position oversees demand generation campaigns across various channels, including outbound, paid media for inbound, social media, and any other effective strategies.
• You will also develop a robust social strategy from the ground up.
• You should possess a craftsman’s mindset, having spent years at an agency mastering demand programs for diverse companies, and ideally, you have also applied that expertise in-house.
• You understand how to engage with marketing professionals because you have firsthand experience; you've communicated effectively with CMOs and VPs of Marketing, and crafted campaigns that have truly resonated with them.
• You excel in a dynamic environment where priorities adapt in response to market insights, and you're comfortable working within a remote team.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, including significant agency experience managing demand programs across various companies.
• Extensive experience marketing to decision-makers in the marketing field, such as CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and their teams, preferably for a martech or related product.
• A solid understanding of the enterprise B2B sales process, including long cycles, complex buying committees, account-level targeting, and collaboration with sales teams.
• Proficiency in executing outbound campaigns, paid social (especially LinkedIn), paid search, and content syndication.
• A proven history of creating campaigns that have sourced or influenced genuine enterprise pipeline, beyond just MQLs or impressions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the editorial acumen to discern what information is essential.
• A self-motivated approach complemented by a collaborative spirit.
• A genuine passion for marketing, branding, and how organizations present themselves to the world.
