• Take ownership and manage a comprehensive range of non-event demand generation channels.
• Lead inbound strategies (SEO, AEO) in collaboration with technical content.
• Oversee paid acquisition efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms), including setup, targeting, budget management, and optimization.
• Implement outbound campaigns in alignment with sales and RevOps teams.
• Enhance the impact of events through campaigns before, during, and after the events.
• Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns utilizing firmographic, technographic, and intent signals.
• Design and carry out ABM, broad demand generation, and triggered campaigns.
• Develop persona-specific campaigns aimed at engineers and executive stakeholders.
• Activate campaigns based on behavioral, technographic, and intent signals.
• Manage campaigns throughout the entire buyer journey (from problem-aware to vendor-aware).
• Create and oversee emails, landing pages, advertisements, and follow-up sequences.
• Build and enhance nurture programs for inbound leads, event-generated leads, and re-engaged leads.
• Monitor campaign performance across the funnel (from impressions to pipeline).
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize based on data insights.
• Manage budget allocation informed by ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with marketing operations on attribution and reporting initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign creation, personalization, research, and reporting.
• Develop scalable workflows for content generation and signal processing.
• Continuously test and refine AI-driven demand generation processes.
• Strong familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or related ecosystems.
• Understanding of technical audiences such as platform engineers, SREs, DevOps, and observability teams.
• Capability to engage both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders (VP Engineering, CTOs).
• Experience in cloud-native or developer tooling environments is highly regarded.
• 3–5 years of practical B2B demand generation experience.
• Proficiency in building and executing demand generation programs from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, ABM, outbound marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience optimizing for pipeline quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
• Practical experience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with intent and technographic data tools (e.g., Bombora, G2, 6sense).
• Ability to analyze performance, attribution, and pipeline metrics effectively.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily operations.
• Capability to establish scalable AI-assisted processes for marketing execution.
• Experience working collaboratively across marketing, sales, product, and RevOps teams.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
