This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement comprehensive strategies for demand generation across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, content syndication, email campaigns, and webinars.
• Oversee and enhance digital advertising initiatives (such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) to maximize return on investment and reach lead generation goals.
• Work closely with the content marketing team to create engaging assets (like e-books, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies) that support lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
• Develop and fine-tune lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to ensure seamless transitions to the sales team.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to design and manage campaigns, segment target audiences, and monitor performance metrics.
• Evaluate campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement, regularly updating on key performance indicators.
• Execute A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email content to consistently enhance conversion rates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, B2B marketing, and SaaS.
• Manage budget distribution for demand generation projects, ensuring effective spending and maximum impact.
• Collaborate across departments with sales, product, and customer success teams to align objectives and enhance the customer journey.
• Over 5 years of experience in demand generation or a comparable role, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable outcomes in lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Proficient in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot) and CRM systems (like Salesforce).
• Analytical mindset with exceptional skills in data interpretation and the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in A/B testing and principles of conversion rate optimization.
• Solid grasp of the B2B sales funnel and the buyer's journey.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
