• Create and implement detailed demand generation strategies across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, content syndication, email marketing, and webinars.
• Oversee and enhance digital advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and meet lead generation objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to produce engaging assets (e-books, whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that support lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
• Develop and improve lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to facilitate a smooth transition to the sales team.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms to design and execute campaigns, segment audiences, and monitor performance.
• Evaluate campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for optimization, providing regular updates on key metrics.
• Execute A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email content to consistently enhance conversion rates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, B2B marketing, and SaaS.
• Manage budget distribution for demand generation projects, ensuring effective spending and maximum impact.
• Collaborate across departments with sales, product, and customer success teams to align goals and refine the customer journey.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or a comparable role, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating measurable results in lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contributions.
• Proficient in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot) and CRM systems (like Salesforce).
• A data-driven approach with exceptional analytical abilities and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and principles of conversion rate optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer's journey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
