This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue within our key segments, particularly focusing on the enterprise construction sector.
• Develop and expand programs that link reality capture platforms with general contractors, owners, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Report directly to the VP of Demand Generation, translating go-to-market objectives into actionable campaign plans.
• Work closely with Sales, BDRs, Field Marketing, Content & Community, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment of campaigns with account strategies and revenue goals.
• Assume responsibility for intricate programs, proactively identify opportunities within enterprise segments, and enhance strategies based on performance analytics and feedback.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B experience in growth marketing and/or demand generation, ideally within the enterprise SaaS sector involving multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and meet revenue targets, rather than solely focusing on top-of-funnel activities.
• Strong project management capabilities with a history of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines and dependencies, and effectively juggling multiple programs simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of essential demand channels (email, paid media, webinars/events, content syndication), funnel stages, and critical metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and sourced or influenced pipeline.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sales and BDR teams on inbound and ABM strategies, including alignment on ICPs, qualification criteria, and follow-up actions.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketo for executing campaigns, managing lists and audiences, and reporting on performance.
• Ability to analyze performance data, recognize trends or gaps, and translate findings into clear, prioritized next steps.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a proactive mindset; comfortable taking a concept from inception to launch, learning from outcomes, and refining future iterations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically for occasional company events, in-person team collaboration, and selected customer or field marketing activities as needed.
• Experience in construction technology and/or enterprise marketing is preferred.
• Drone Certification is not a requirement for this role.
