This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, programmatic channels, and industry publications.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at high-value accounts (ABM).
• Establish and oversee systems for tracking and reporting on the performance of paid marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with marketing and advertising partners to ensure the effective execution of campaigns.
• Create and expand a social influencer program, engaging healthcare providers and caregiver content creators.
• Regularly track and report on essential demand generation metrics, including leads, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Organize speaker submissions and participation for industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure leads are properly routed, scored, and followed up on.
• Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for marketing and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing within the healthcare sector or another relevant regulated industry is essential.
• Practical experience in managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, programmatic, paid search).
• Proven track record in executing targeted marketing campaigns for specific accounts or customer segments.
• Experience in building or scaling content programs, including SEO (bonus if knowledgeable about AI-driven or evolving search strategies).
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for content creation, research, and insights, with an understanding of when human judgment is required.
• Experience in managing marketing or media partnerships with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in an independent work environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) for partnership activations and team meetings.
