This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the ABM strategy for 120 designated accounts across two industry sectors.
• Oversee the conference pipeline for 10 events at major trade shows.
• Develop and maintain the marketing tool stack.
• Analyze key metrics and take ownership of reporting standards.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in ABM or demand generation within a B2B SaaS or enterprise AI organization.
• Proficient in using Clay, Apollo, and agentic enrichment workflows.
• Experience in managing event pipelines rather than event logistics.
• Strong writing skills appropriate for engaging CFOs and VP-level executives.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty in a startup environment.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
• Annual bonus of 15-20% linked to pipeline performance metrics.
