• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.
• Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
• Annual bonus of 15-20% linked to pipeline performance metrics.
• Participation in H's US equity option plan.
• Remote-first work culture with occasional travel for conferences and company events.
