• Design and execute outbound campaigns aligned with intent signals, internal projects, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Strategize, initiate, and expand paid search and social media campaigns to achieve measurable growth and bolster ABM efforts.
• Identify, evaluate, and oversee advertising and content syndication opportunities with industry associations and publications that engage our target audience.
• Assess and experiment with emerging platforms and additional channels, including billboards and direct mail.
• Establish nurture programs for every phase of the funnel to generate and expedite pipeline development.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure a smooth transition and create standardized sequences for outreach and follow-up.
• Craft engaging copy and creative materials that align with established messaging, adapting based on persona and personalizing at scale.
• Develop and maintain campaign landing pages.
• Create and monitor a structured testing roadmap covering creative elements, audiences, placements, messaging, and offers.
• Assess, analyze, and report on campaign performance with an emphasis on ROI, using insights to refine and enhance results while sharing learnings with the broader team.
• Oversee the daily operations of campaigns from inception to completion, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage agencies and external resources to meet objectives.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven proficiency in multi-channel programs, encompassing email, search, social media, display, and retargeting.
• Established track record of generating leads and pipeline growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on testing and learning, combined with a proactive approach.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Self-driven and proactive—someone who accomplishes tasks independently.
