This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the demand generation strategy and its execution for AutoVitals, primarily focusing on paid search and digital advertising to generate a qualified inbound pipeline.
• Create, manage, and continuously enhance Google Ads campaigns aimed at auto repair shop owners and operators.
• Develop email nurturing programs to guide leads through the sales funnel and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Define and monitor essential KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure demand generation programs align with actual conversions and customer needs.
• Assess and experiment with new channels over time, including paid social and events, while coordinating with other marketing team members on brand and content initiatives.
• Actively participate in the strategy and management of the Google Ads programs that AutoVitals provides to its customers.
• Establish performance standards and QA processes to ensure effective management of client accounts.
• Stay closely involved with client work to mentor your team, identify issues early, and intervene when necessary.
• Assume responsibility for reporting and accountability regarding client campaign performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture a small demand generation team.
• Create the necessary processes, reporting, and playbooks.
• Set clear expectations for the function and ensure accountability for results.
• Serve as a strong partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in demand generation, paid media, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience in managing direct reports and fostering individual development.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Display; hands-on campaign management experience is essential for leading and coaching a team.
• Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through paid digital initiatives.
• Proficient in data and reporting across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities while delivering high-quality execution.
• Comfortable building processes from the ground up in a dynamic environment where not everything is clearly defined.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Bonus: Experience in marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the automotive or home services sectors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Background or understanding of the automotive repair industry.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
