• Take ownership of, develop, and implement quarterly demand generation strategies that align with our sales verticals’ objectives and enhance top-of-funnel pipeline growth.
• Utilize an appropriate mix of programmatic and account-specific tactics to deliver timely content effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to identify and prioritize target accounts based on potential opportunity size.
• Establish performance KPIs and campaign objectives, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on funnel performance (traffic → leads → MQLs → pipeline).
• Make the most of our marketing automation platform to execute campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively across functions to enhance landing page conversion rates and optimize MAL to MQL conversion metrics.
• Plan and initiate multi-channel campaigns, including digital, ABM-lite, email, partnerships, and events/webinars.
• Bring innovation to existing campaign concepts while being open to new ideas that deliver value and strengthen customer relationships over time.
• Cultivate a practice of utilizing AI tools to think, build, and deliver faster—making it your default approach rather than an afterthought.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B context.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
• Proven experience in developing and executing a B2B demand generation strategy across various products or sales verticals.
• A successful track record of driving inbound growth and enhancing top-of-funnel pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills characterized by empathy.
• An intense curiosity to comprehend how things function and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A genuine desire to learn and a willingness to embrace real-time feedback for personal development.
• Proven experience with email marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
• Experience in creating and implementing nurturing strategies within a marketing automation platform.
