This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the pre-market strategy from start to finish, cultivating the audience and intent that will generate pipeline through Capture downstream.
• Ensure the transition of in-market signals to Capture is tangible and replicable, rather than merely a bullet point in a presentation.
• Collaborate on and execute the distribution strategy for Brand and Content's thought leadership, podcasts, and narrative initiatives, enhancing audience growth and demand.
• Develop and manage partnerships, associations, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and community programs that build trust over time.
• Oversee the complete toolkit, encompassing organic social, content amplification, awareness paid initiatives (in coordination with the Performance Marketing Specialist), and pre-in-market nurturing activities.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Search and Discovery Specialist on organic and AI discoverability as well as with PMM on product positioning.
• Maintain a continuous experimentation schedule and serve as the authoritative source on the strategy, justifying resource allocation with hypotheses and insights gained.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, content distribution, or growth, with a proven track record of leading audience and demand creation initiatives.
• A well-defined perspective on ownership of the motion versus channel ownership, supported by concrete examples.
• Proficient in transforming content into demand through effective distribution, rather than simply publishing it.
• Experience managing partnerships, associations, sponsorships, or community programs that have contributed to audience and pipeline expansion.
• Skillful in drafting concise briefs and confidently delegating paid execution tasks to a Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Ability to work under the mentorship of a senior player-coach, without requiring control over every detail of the strategy.
• Comfortable being evaluated on lagging indicators such as branded search lift and audience engagement growth.
• Flexible in navigating ambiguity and turning objectives into practical, actionable plans.
