This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Demand Generation and lead generation.
• Planning, management, and tracking of campaigns.
• Structured outreach and contact acquisition at trade shows.
• Proficient use of marketing tools for automation and reporting.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, P&C, and management.
• Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a comparable field of study.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand generation or lead generation marketing in the B2B sector.
• Practical experience with lead funnels (e.g., MQL/SQL).
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva).
• Experience in supporting events or trade shows.
• Structured, independent, and proactive working style.
• Passion, willingness to learn, and the right attitude are essential.
