This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Facilitate 8β12 meaningful conversations each month between the founder and supply chain and procurement executives.
β’ Engage in well-structured discussions with supply chain professionals.
β’ Assess product features, gather feedback on the roadmap, and cultivate professional relationships.
β’ Manage all aspects leading up to the meeting; the founder will finalize the discussions.
β’ Experience in outbound roles within a B2B startup environment.
β’ Proficient research abilities.
β’ Capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives.
β’ Familiarity with platforms such as Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
β’ Comfortable operating within a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial setting.
β’ Demonstrated relentless follow-up capabilities.
β’ Conduct research on target accounts.
β’ Identify key decision-makers (VP Supply Chain, Head of Procurement, COO, Plant Director).
β’ Create hyper-personalized outbound messages that elicit responses from previously unaware contacts.
β’ Develop and implement multi-touch outreach sequences through email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions.
β’ Leverage existing networks.
β’ Present meetings as value exchanges rather than traditional sales pitches.
β’ Oversee the HubSpot pipeline, track outreach efforts, and report on conversion rates at each stage.
β’ Organize follow-ups for events, podcast/webinar appearances, and content seeding that drives inbound interest.
β’ Collaborate directly with the founder on a daily basis.
