• Manage a portfolio of advertiser and demand-side accounts focused on user acquisition campaigns through the Xsolla Offerwall, acting as the main point of contact for daily campaign oversight and strategic development.
• Enhance revenue growth by recognizing upsell and expansion possibilities within current accounts and integrating new demand partners that align with Xsolla's publisher network.
• Closely track campaign performance utilizing KPIs such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV to identify issues, extract insights, and suggest optimizations that enhance advertiser results.
• Create and deliver data-driven business evaluations, campaign summaries, and growth plans that convert performance metrics into straightforward, actionable strategies for partners.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to user acquisition and monetization teams at partner studios, offering advice on budget distribution, creative strategy, targeting, and bid optimization within the Offerwall context.
• Work collaboratively across Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to communicate partner feedback, address campaign obstacles, and impact the product development roadmap.
• Remain informed about trends in mobile user acquisition, rewarded advertising, and the broader AdTech sector to ensure partner strategies stay competitive.
• Handle multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously, consistently achieving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within AdTech, mobile advertising, user acquisition, or a related performance marketing domain.
• Proven history of expanding advertiser accounts, achieving revenue goals, and managing client relationships from start to finish.
• Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV.
• Capable of diagnosing campaign performance challenges, analyzing trends, and converting data into actionable recommendations for partners.
• Experienced in tools such as Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition strategies, rewarded advertising mechanics, and performance marketing frameworks.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities; skilled in conveying performance and strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
