This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of affiliate and API-integrated demand partners executing user acquisition campaigns on the Xsolla Offerwall, serving as their main point of contact on a daily basis.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliate and API partners, collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure integrations are completed accurately and within the designated timeline.
• Keep precise records of partner accounts, campaign setups, and integration statuses in CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Track live campaigns across affiliate and API partners, identifying performance anomalies and working with internal teams to swiftly resolve discrepancies.
• Assist partners with technical inquiries regarding API documentation, tracking setup, postback configuration, and feed integration.
• Work with the technical team to triage and resolve integration challenges, acting as an effective communication link between partners and internal stakeholders.
• Regularly review campaign data utilizing KPIs such as CPI, CTR, conversion rate, and install volume to identify issues and highlight optimization opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports and campaign summaries for partners, converting data into clear, understandable updates.
• Aid senior account managers in the creation of business reviews, renewal materials, and growth presentations for key accounts.
• Address partner inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service in all communications.
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, partner support, digital advertising operations, or a related field; experience in AdTech, affiliate marketing, or mobile advertising is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and professional in all interactions with partners.
• Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics such as CPI, CTR, install volume, and conversion rate, with the ability to identify trends, escalate issues, and summarize findings effectively.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks at once.
• A collaborative team player, comfortable working across product, operations, and technical teams.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with affiliate networks, API integrations, or performance marketing platforms.
