Delivery Tutor – Transport and Warehousing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, engaging training meeting curriculum, apprenticeship, commercial training, and awarding organization requirements.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver educational sessions and assessments across assigned programs.

• Assist learners in achieving timely gateways and successfully passing End Point Assessments (EPAs) and other essential evaluations.

• Evaluate learner portfolios and offer constructive feedback.

• Track learner progress, identify individual needs, and establish SMART targets.

• Facilitate learner success, progression, and personal development.

• Collaborate effectively with employers and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with sector and business skills requirements.

• Ensure that delivery, assessment, and feedback adhere to quality assurance, safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion standards.

• Advocate for Seetec’s values and dedication to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

• Perform additional duties related to the position.

• Deliver education through workshops, webinars, and personalized coaching sessions.

• Prepare individuals for Gateway and End Point Assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering apprenticeship and/or commercial training programs.

• In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and assessment procedures.

• Ability to exhibit occupational competence within the subject area.

• Experience in supporting learners to achieve successful outcomes and progression.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and learner engagement abilities.

• Strong IT capabilities, including experience with online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.

• Level 4/5 Subject Specialist qualification (or in progress) (desirable).

• Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1) (desirable).

• Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional learner experience.

• Capacity to motivate, inspire, and engage diverse groups of learners.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Skill in building positive relationships and influencing others.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supporting the growth of others.

• Flexible working hours with a willingness to travel as needed.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young individuals and vulnerable adults.

• May be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS/DS) check, depending on the position.
