Delivery Tutor – Freight Forwarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a cohort of learners to meet established workplace outcomes.

• Conduct training, assessments, and reviews within specialized sectors or occupational areas using an electronic E-portfolio system.

• Offer mentoring and support to learners in achieving Seetec’s training outcome objectives.

• Develop and implement course materials.

• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, webinars, and individual coaching sessions.

• Support learners throughout their educational journey by establishing SMART targets, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating their work.

• Prepare individuals for Gateway and End Point Assessments (EPA).

• Collaborate closely with employers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure that training is relevant, learner-centered, and aligned with industry requirements.

• Uphold high standards of quality and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching, training, coaching, learning and development, employability, apprenticeships, or workforce development.

• Experience in International Freight Forwarding, with a focus on road, sea, and/or air freight.

• Strong current understanding of Customs processes and procedures.

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above.

• Proficient in IT software applications and Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships.

• Self-driven and motivated.

• Target-oriented and results-driven, working to Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

• A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a “can do” attitude.

• Willing to travel and work flexibly to accommodate learner needs.
