This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee incoming hiring requisitions during US timezone hours, ensuring that AMER resource requests are evaluated and advanced within established service levels.
• Perform initial bench and resource assessments utilizing workforce management systems to discover opportunities for meeting demand through internal bench capacity or offshore delivery centers prior to initiating external recruitment.
• Facilitate operational workflow processes for sanctioned hiring requests, ensuring compliance with established approval and governance protocols.
• Keep precise operational records, logs, and reports related to workforce demand, turnaround times, and delivery operations activities.
• Manage and maintain a current register of AMER contractor end dates, proactively identifying requirements for extensions, operational dependencies, and potential risks.
• Prepare documentation for contractor extensions and oversee operational tracking activities, coordinating with the People team as needed for system administration and compliance purposes.
• Monitor FTC-to-FTE conversion efforts and actively follow up on outstanding actions, approvals, or operational dependencies.
• Maintain precise tracking information of freelancer spending to support Finance reporting, accrual management, and operational transparency.
• Assist in pipeline-to-resource matching activities by analyzing workforce demand signals and available delivery capacity across regions and job types.
• Create weekly summaries comparing demand versus capacity for operational review meetings, emphasizing capacity risks, skills shortages, and workforce planning considerations.
• Supervise Salesforce opportunity stages and support workforce planning trigger activities in alignment with delivery governance processes.
• Maintain accurate utilization and operational workforce data within designated systems and reporting tools.
• Aid in month-end operational compliance activities, including timesheet tracking and escalation processes.
• Generate precise operational reports, workforce summaries, and ad hoc data analyses to assist Delivery Operations, Finance, and leadership in decision-making.
• Proactively identify operational risks, process inefficiencies, or obstacles and escalate them as necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and workforce planning effectiveness.
• Background in resource coordination, workforce planning, recruitment operations, delivery operations, or project support within a professional services or technology setting.
• Willingness to work US timezone hours (Eastern or Pacific overlap) from the Philippines consistently.
• Proven ability to manage operational processes independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• High attention to detail, especially concerning workforce tracking, contractor management, reporting, and operational data accuracy.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems utilized for managing workforce, utilization, or delivery data.
• Strong and professional written communication abilities, capable of providing succinct operational updates, reports, and escalation summaries.
• Capacity to proactively identify operational risks, blockers, or process gaps and escalate as needed.
• Comfortable handling multiple concurrent workstreams across various stakeholders and operational priorities.
• High level of accountability, ownership, and operational reliability.
• Familiarity with PSA or resource management platforms such as Kantata, Mavenlink, Qody, or similar tools.
• Experience in a global operations or multi-region delivery environment.
• Understanding of contractor lifecycle management, including onboarding, extensions, and operational compliance tracking.
• Familiar with Salesforce as a tool for pipeline visibility and operational reporting.
• Experience in producing operational dashboards, reporting packs, or workforce planning summaries.
