This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Engage directly with clients through external Slack channels during the data ingestion process, leading investigations, reconciling balances, and addressing missing volume issues in collaboration with the Enterprise Success Consultant.
• Navigate large, intricate client datasets to pinpoint discrepancies, uncover root causes, and generate actionable outputs that advance progress rather than simply highlight issues.
• Serve as a specialist resource for data-related challenges within Core and Broker delivery workflows, maintaining a thorough understanding of the clients and datasets you are most familiar with.
• Assist the Advisory team in operational workflows, including regular reconciliation, data validation, and resolving exceptions.
• Actively utilize AI tools to accelerate investigations, automate repetitive data tasks, and enhance team efficiency.
• Transform open issues into concise, well-defined requests—providing sufficient context for the next person to take over seamlessly.
• Maintain high-quality documentation: process notes, issue summaries, handoff materials, and any other resources that ensure work is predictable and easily transferable.
• Identify blockers and risks early, coordinate across teams while retaining context, and apply sound judgment on when to resolve issues directly versus escalating them.
• Strong instincts as a data analyst—you can independently investigate problems rather than merely flag them.
• Proficient Excel skills and comfort in handling large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with AI tools—you leverage them to enhance speed and efficiency, rather than using them as mere novelties.
• Clear and precise communication skills—whether in a client Slack channel, a handoff note, or a scoped request.
• Experience in a delivery, operations, or client-facing role where data accuracy is essential.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing attention to detail or clarity.
• Comfort in collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment where not everything is perfectly defined.
• A background in reconciliation, digital assets, or scripting/automation is advantageous—curiosity about the field is valued more than formal credentials.
• Remote or hybrid working options.
• 25 days of paid holiday in addition to bank holidays.
• One extra day of annual leave per year, up to a total of 30 days.
• Day off for your birthday.
• Access to mental health resources, wellbeing programs, and professional coaching.
• Family-friendly policies.
• Fitness and wellness budget.
• MacBook Pro provided.
• $200 budget for home office setup.
• Training and development budget available.
• Additional benefits may vary depending on location.
