Delivery Manager – Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of delivery across multiple simultaneous engagements or workstreams.

• Ensure uniformity in delivery execution and reporting across various teams.

• Oversee cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations to maintain on-track delivery.

• Evaluate concurrent change initiatives that might lead to change saturation, and devise strategies to mitigate delivery risks.

• Guide Lead Project Managers and delivery teams on effective delivery practices and client engagement.

• Exemplify servant leadership and offer regular, constructive feedback to facilitate team members' growth.

• Evaluate and implement suitable delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on the context of the engagement.

• Provide strategic, consultative advice to clients, utilizing industry knowledge and best practices to assist them in achieving their business goals.

• Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are effectively addressed by cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in consulting or delivery.

• 5–7 years of experience with Agile/delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams or projects concurrently.

• Strong experience in delivery governance and risk management.
