This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the execution of product roadmaps within cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to create user-centric digital products and experiences.
• Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap development, and ongoing prioritization efforts.
• Apply and tailor delivery methodologies to cater to the specific needs of teams, products, and business goals.
• Promote predictable and high-quality delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and report on roadmap milestones, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Utilize delivery metrics and team performance data to pinpoint opportunities for continuous enhancement.
• Establish and refine delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
• Encourage collaboration among engineering, product, business, and stakeholder groups.
• Assist teams in maintaining focus, eliminating barriers, and enhancing overall delivery effectiveness.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a comparable technology-focused delivery position.
• Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong background in delivering digital products and managing intricate delivery roadmaps.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
• Experience leading sprint planning, roadmap development, and delivery governance activities.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in implementing, refining, and scaling delivery processes and frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Strong risk management capabilities, including the ability to identify, evaluate, and proactively address delivery risks.
• Familiarity with utilizing delivery metrics and reporting to enhance team performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Ability to adjust delivery strategies based on team maturity, product needs, and business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience navigating complex business environments with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
• Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter)
