Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, operational enhancements, and strategic workstreams.

• Take responsibility for the delivery outcomes of designated initiatives and workstreams from the planning phase through to implementation.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and criteria for success.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage dependencies, and actively eliminate obstacles to sustain delivery momentum.

• Establish frameworks, accountability, and execution strategies for initiatives that necessitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Propel progress amid uncertainty by identifying subsequent steps, facilitating decision-making, and driving tasks to completion.

• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely resolutions.

• Provide transparent updates on status, risks, and decisions to program leadership and governmental stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in information technology, project management, delivery management, or program management roles.

• Proven track record of independently leading complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Established ability to take partially defined objectives and create executable plans that yield measurable results.

• Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications are preferred.
