This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
β’ Take full ownership of delivery for assigned projects, responsible for schedule, scope, resource allocation, and customer outcomes.
β’ Manage risks and issues: maintain registers, escalate promptly, and drive decisions to resolution.
β’ Lead customer and internal delivery meetings (kickoffs, weekly updates, technical reviews).
β’ Plan and organize engineering assignments based on skill set, capacity, and priority.
β’ Facilitate technical decision-making with engineering and infrastructure teams.
β’ Safeguard project scope and enforce change control procedures.
β’ Maintain delivery documentation that withstands audits: project plans, decision logs, risks/issues, change requests.
β’ Provide reports suitable for executives and distribute meeting notes within 24 hours.
β’ Drive post-project retrospectives and translate lessons learned into actionable improvements.
β’ Monitor the health and trends of the portfolio and propose corrective actions.
β’ Enhance delivery scalability by standardizing templates, refining intake and kickoff processes, and minimizing rework through improved governance.
β’ Advance delivery standards and workflows to boost predictability, transparency, and customer experience across all engagements.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in managing technical delivery or implementation projects.
β’ Proven experience managing projects related to infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, IT services, or eDiscovery technologies.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technical resources such as engineers, consultants, or implementation specialists.
β’ Established leadership in delivering technical or infrastructure projects.
β’ Working knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, storage, and disaster recovery.
β’ Strong governance in delivery processes: milestone planning, change control, risk escalation, and stakeholder alignment.
β’ Excellent communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions and able to foster ownership across cross-functional teams.
β’ Technical fluency to challenge assumptions and effectively translate engineering specifics into customer-friendly language.
β’ Familiarity with service and project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana).
β’ Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams).
β’ Self-motivated, adaptable, and composed under pressure.
