Delivery Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of onboarding and data integrity for key strategic clients, focusing on improvements in data quality and technology stack integration.

• Collaborate with pre-sales teams and engage with prospects and clients to establish business objectives and key performance indicators.

• Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to optimize technical onboarding and Mixpanel deployment.

• Provide technical services, including consultations on data architecture and best practices for adoption and change management.

• Develop scalable data governance frameworks and foster data trust, including data optimization and re-implementation initiatives.

• Deliver project outputs while managing timelines, addressing scope changes, and resolving unforeseen challenges.

• Partner with technical and solutions teams on data optimization and onboarding efforts.

• Lead internal collaborations with Mixpanel's product and engineering teams to prioritize product and systems tasks driven by client needs.

• Design AI automation solutions to assist clients in managing data at scale.

• Advise customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in data querying, modeling, and transformation using at least one core tool, such as SQL, dbt, Python, Business Intelligence tools, or Product Analytics tools.

• Knowledgeable about databases and cloud data warehouses, including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure.

• Familiar with product analytics implementation techniques, such as SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Event Streaming, and Reverse ETL.

• Well-versed in analytics best practices across various business segments and industries.

• Capable of managing complex projects involving various client stakeholders and working across multiple teams and departments to drive meaningful change while overseeing scope and timelines.

• Experienced in integrating AI into workflows and knowledgeable about using MCP servers, developing new skills, and setting context, enabling credible consultations on AI/data strategies with clients.

• Background in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.

• Strong written, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Solid discipline in process and/or project delivery.

• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and adapting to the changing needs of customers.
